There was an 8 minute max for this assignment, but since you have so many olympians in your class, I guess I can cut you some slack. Can I join the amazing group? :) I'm glad you went out on your own and are leveraging the power of the google site. I think it's going to work well for you. It's not a requirement, of course, but I hope you let me know how this project is going. LIke most teachers, I really enjoy hearing from former students. You've shown that you have a good grasp of the technology we're using. I hope you enjoy the features that edublogs supports that blogger does not. I know you wanted to keep your site initially, but have found out there are more options. You've asked what you need to do to set it up, and I'd say that rather than have a lot of blank pages that the students will eventually take over, I'd get the pages seeded with some early content. ie. you do the calendar for the first week or two, to model how they should make it work the rest of the school year. What I'd say you should do is to build a samples of the pages you describe so that students have a clear example of how each of your pages will work.
